NodeSpark Wallet (com.nodespark.wallet) is a self-custodial multi-chain Web3 wallet developed by NodeSpark. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
1. Data We Collect
Data stored locally on your device (never sent to our servers)
- Private keys and seed phrases — encrypted using AES-256 on-device
- Wallet addresses
- App preferences and settings
Data sent to NodeSpark servers
- Wallet address — to sync transaction history and send push notifications
- Device push token (FCM) — to deliver transaction notifications
- ENS profile data — only if you voluntarily claim or update an ENS subname
Data fetched from third-party services
- Token prices — from CoinGecko (public API, no personal data sent)
- Transaction history — from public blockchain RPCs
- ENS resolution — via NodeSpark ENS gateway and enstate.rs
2. How We Use Your Data
- To display wallet balances and transaction history
- To send real-time push notifications when transactions are received
- To resolve and display ENS names linked to your wallet address
- To authenticate your wallet with NodeSpark backend using cryptographic signatures (no password is ever sent)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Private keys and seed phrases are encrypted using AES-256 and stored exclusively on your device. NodeSpark never has access to your private keys. Authentication with our servers is performed via cryptographic wallet signatures — no passwords are transmitted. All network communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
5. Data Retention
Local app data (keys, preferences) is retained on your device until you delete the wallet or uninstall the app. Server-side data (wallet address registration, FCM tokens) is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

- Opt out of push notifications at any time via device settings
- Delete your wallet and all local data from within the app (Settings → Delete Wallet)
7. Children's Privacy
NodeSpark Wallet is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
